Coordinators provide leadership, coordination, planning, and professional support to assigned projects. Lead Coordinators provide direction and guidance to staff and perform many assignments independently or with a team.

Responsibilities:- Directs and coordinates activities of each project or program to ensure that projects and activities progress on schedule and within prescribed budget
- Collects and compiles information and data for reports
- Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling of employees
- Meets work stands by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving operational problems, identifying work process improvements
- Monitors expenses; implementing cost-savings actions
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
- Assists Team with preparation documentation
- Meets work standards by following productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving operational problems, identifying work process improvements as necessary
- Other related duties and projects as assigned
- Associates or bachelors preferred, not required
- Prefer 1+ years of experience in coordinator role or related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Reasoning ability, including problem solving and analytical skills
- Microsoft Office and Outlook Email + P6 Scheduling experience
- Knowledge of basic Accounting
- Ability to work extended hours when necessary for business needs
- Experience working in construction is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements
- Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
Pay- $ 26 - $ 33 /Hourly *Depending on Experience
