Job Summary: The Project Manager Support role involves providing essential assistance to project managers in various tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, updating project plans, and facilitating communication and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to project managers in scheduling meetings and organizing project-related activities.
- Maintain and update project documentation and project plans.
- Assist in the collection and validation of information related to project tasks.
- Help prepare status reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Understanding of the telecommunications industry, including cable provider networks and services.
- Basic data entry skills.
- Experience using telephone and email for communication.
- 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in a project support role.
