Project Coordinator - Sonny's Enterprises LLC

Provides outstanding service for our management, supervisors, installer, and remodel techs! Main point of contact responsible for processing hours for Install & Remodel Techs, processing invoices for contract labor, answering incoming calls, providing support to the install and remodel department managers, and ensuring smooth operation of the department.

· Coordinate and participate in project management activities, and meetings

· Maintain and update schedule via Smartsheets, making sure it is correct and matches each installers timecard in ADP

· Process installer and remodel tech hours and timecard adjustments in ADP

· Compare installer and remodel techs hours with vehicle tracking to installer and remodel schedule to ensure accuracy.

· Answer incoming calls from install managers, supervisors, installers, and remodel techs

· Provide back up and support for install and remodel department managers and supervisors

· Maintain multiple pages in Smartsheets for scheduling and jobs

· Send out group emails via Outlook and group text via Ez-texting

· Document workflow and work procedures.

· Request contract labor and process invoices in a timely manner

· Demonstrate Enthusiasm - be a positive and encouraging presence in the office

· Assist with special projects as necessary

· Other duties as assigned

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office required: Word, Excel & Outlook

· High School Diploma/GED required

· Smartsheet’s experience a plus

· SAP a plus

· Salesforce experience a plus

· ADP experience a plus
