We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator for a temporary role with our client located near the Irvine Spectrum. Could go temp to hire.
Position will be working onsite. Pay $30-35 per hour.

Key Duties for the Project Coordinator:
- Will be working closely with the superintendents to address workforce needs and forecasting
- Will develop and review status reports across all jobs
- Review the in-house reports to determine the upcoming workloads
- Coordinate project scheduling, subcontractor communication and administrative task
- Track project milestones and deadlines for interior and exterior renovations, including unit interiors, landscaping, fencing, roofing and window replacements
- Familiarity with contract administration and project billing
- 3+ years of construction industry experience
- Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup/pivot tables)
- Sage 300/Timberline and MS Project experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
