Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Coordinate all phases of landscape construction projects, ensuring that timelines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Team Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between field teams and office staff, facilitating seamless communication and efficient project execution.
- Administrative Management: Handle scheduling, billing, and documentation to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to provide updates and address any project-related inquiries.
- Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any project-related issues and adapt to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or landscaping.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $52,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience.
- Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.
