Job Purpose: This position is responsible for the oversight of all Retail Fulfillment projects to ensure successful completion of each project while establishing, communicating, and maintaining production goals while also gathering the necessary requirements for all Retail Fulfillment projects and organizing the flow of the project from beginning to end while maintaining clear communication through the project entirety.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing clear objectives to Retail Fulfillment Supervisors for specific projects (Summaries).
- Providing excellent customer service and over communicating daily production.
- Responsible for project timeline planning.
- Monitor beginning to end production of project.
- Responsible for successful flow of production.
- Responsible for root cause investigations (problem solving, being confident in your answers)
- Responsible for design, implementation, and execution of a project design along with senior project coordinator.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ability to forecast out project timeline.
- Ability to think and act critically and creatively to any unforeseen issues that arises during project production.
- Communicating daily with customers and answering customer emails hourly.
- Responsible for Daily- Weekly-Monthly customer calls and contact with SR. Coordinator.
- Responsible for key project documentation. (Creating, Housing, organizing, and retaining).
Qualifications:
- 2yr College Degree in one of the following areas or 3-5 years work experience in production (Fulfillment) environment.
- Project Management
- Business Management
- Information Systems
- Experience using WMS software.
- PC literate with experience or knowledge with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database.
Language Skills Sets:
- English – Written / Oral is required.
- Spanish – Written / Oral is a plus, but not required.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand; walk; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl.
- Must be able to activate phone systems utilizing keyboards and buttons.
- Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others.
- Regularly works in an indoor/office environment and required to sit and/or use repetitive hand motion.
- Frequently required to talk, hear, stand and walk.
- Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required.
- Must be able to work under stressful situations, have good cognitive skills, maintain work accuracy, and the ability to concentrate on more than one task at a time.
- Must have the ability to read and discern visual images on a variety of media with 20/20 corrected vision.
- Must be able to speak and communicate clearly over telephones.
- Must be in sound physical health as determined by a certified licensed physician with no evidence of the use of controlled substances.
Work Environment:
- Combination of office and work environment, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment will range from quiet to moderately loud.
- Must be able to travel between facilities.
