Job Description
Overall, Purpose:
Works with project management / team which includes administrative tasks to develop and maintain a detailed project schedule for all project phases.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Tasks to include daily interface with Project Manager(s) (PM) tracking project activities, maintaining project schedule and documentation.
- Intermediate to expert level skills with online PM tools (i.e. MS Project or other PM tools0
- Work and follow-up with contractors on issues and status.
- Must be diligent, proactive and work professionally with all personnel and contractors to reach a valid, timely and satisfactory conclusion.
- Must be able to substantiate work products.
- Highly accomplished in working with all functions of MS Outlook email client.
- Participate in Team Meetings and then follow-up with meeting tasks and to-do lists.
- Data Entry and Database Management must be highly accurate.
- Process purchase orders as required and other general administrative duties required to support the project management team.
- Process daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure all schedules run smoothly, all jobs are completed as prescribed, and all invoicing is processed in a timely fashion.
- Review, follow-up and validate all milestone deliverables with contractors in a timely manner.
- Communicate and accurately convey information to all relevant stakeholders in a concise and clear manner.
Qualifications Youmust have…
- Must be extremely organized and keep track of intake progress
- Be able to lead meetings with cross-functional partners and follow-up/close action items
- Have confidence to provide process improvement feedback and look for better ways to do things
- Strong PowerPoint / VISIO (process flow) skills to provide process improvement changes and leadership updates
- If they have experience using Asana, that would be preferred but not required.
- Looking for an experienced Project Manager that can work independently.
- The PM should be able to understand all product offers, internal systems, lead cross functional meetings, and have strong public speaking skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage all video Marketing intake requests.
- Determine the type of support needed, assign support, and follow-up on pending action items (i.e. more information is required from requestors, etc.).
- This also means identifying the requests that get incorrectly submitted through our queue.
- This role requires a strong understanding of Client product offerings, ordering systems, determining support needed based on intake requirements, and knowing which teams to engage.
- Create new processes.
- Educate stakeholders on the new process and enforce the process.
- Be able to make adjustments to the process if things continue to not work.
- Work with other cross-functional teams to host a governance call
- Create leadership reports
- Manage our Decisioning University (DU) training, host calls with trainers, provide feedback on the training page to improve DU experience
- Role requires highly organized candidate to follow-up on action items and get them closed out.
