Overview
Keenan has an exciting career opportunity for a Project Coordinator in our Loss Control Department. The Project Coordinator coordinates the preparation, formatting, editing, proof-reading and delivery of department products (reports, correspondence, proposals, training materials, bulletins) to both internal and external customers.

Keenan specializes in providing consulting services in the areas of: employee benefits, workers' compensation, loss control, financial, and property & liability.
What You'll Do
- Formats, edits, and proof-reads reports and other correspondences received from other department staff into established department standards.
- Coordinates department workflow to meet established turnaround times.
- Prepares department products and establishes timelines for delivery to client.
- Assists in creating field service correspondence and preparing required deliverable materials.
- Acts as in-office administrative support for department field staff.
- Tracks service plans and updates status on department’s network drives.
- Assists with proposals and billing, as requested.
- Maintains department/office supplies and coordinates distribution of marketing materials.
- Acts as initial customer service contact when required.
- Coordinates special projects as required by supervisor.
- Serve as backup to other Project Coordinators as workflow requires.
- All other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
- Minimum of 1 year of previous administrative experience required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Advanced working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and Internet Research required. Some use of proprietary software and mobile devices may be required.
- Must have strong customer service, writing, phone, and communication skills.
- Should be able to handle and prioritize multiple projects at one time.
- Needs to be a team player with a collaborative and flexible mentality.
- A self-motivated and organized work style is essential.
- Some knowledge of Safety and/or Workers’ Compensation regulations preferred.
A positive attitude and collaborative approach to assigned duties is crucial.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 (US Dollar) annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. Remote work environment flexibility.
