About the Job
Job Purpose:
The purpose of the project coordinator is to assist internal and external Elevate customers with the sale, installation, and follow up for new managed voice system sales. This role also supports the Managed Voice Sales and Support team for the organization in all regions.
Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external Elevate customers.
· Coordinate and schedule internal resources.
· Gather all necessary customer information for project team.
· Ensure all projects and tasks are completed on schedule.
· Promptly and professionally support customer calls from inception to resolution.
· Assist Sales team by providing documentation and demonstrations.
· Schedule and order equipment for new installations and service needs including adds, moves, warranty claims, or change orders.
· Provide training and end-user documentation as needed.
· Assist project team as needed.
· Miscellaneous job duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Ability to provide effective remote customer support (via telephone, email, Teams, etc).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Functional use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Ability to lift and carry or otherwise move 20lbs.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
· Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
· Valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance as dictated by state requirements.
· Access to reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Prior customer service experience.
· Prior project management experience.
· Avaya Sales and Implementation certifications.
· Elevate Sales and Implementation certifications.
