About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator for our Sullivan Engineering Services Group. Ideally, this person would be located near our office in New York City or near our office in Totowa, NJ. This position is remote unitl our offices re-open.

Responsibilities:- Draft, review and finalize deliverables which include:
- Field Reports
- Meeting Minutes
- Exterior Building Reports
- Leak Investigations
- Ensure all Meeting Minutes and Field Reports meet our guarantee of a two-day turnaround
- Assist in creating specifications for design projects
- Execute the bid process including:
- Creation and distribution of the bid package
- Follow up with contractors to ensure attendance at on site walk throughs
- Creation and distribution of all addenda and bid matrices
- Achieve weekly utilization rates
- Attend & contribute to all weekly team meetings
- Maintain existing client relationships
- A desire and drive to learn and improve
- A keen attention to detail
- Display grit and determination to do more than the average
