Job Description/Summary:
The Project Coordinator will assist department leaders to develop, facilitate, and implement various projects for department specific initiatives. The Project Coordinator will partner with subject matter and process owners to design, implement, and communicate all factions of a project while ensuring all requirements and/or objectives are documented.
Position Requirements:Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Extensive relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
Minimum Experience: Five years of experience in a project management preferred. Strong organizational skills, change experience involving significant changes in processes and technology. Familiarity with business processes and systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong organizational skills, with focus on high priorities despite interruptions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with all levels within the organization. Ability to tailor communications based on the informational needs of the intended audience. Ability to manage work-streams across functional groups. Ability to advise and question, as well as analyze and execute. Effective problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to develop and coordinate detailed work plans across work-streams. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Technical Knowledge: Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). Prior experience with HR Information Systems preferred.
