We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Sales Operations Team. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by effectively managing projects, coordinating activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations. This position requires exceptional multitasking skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Project Management
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various sales projects, initiatives, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are achieved within specified timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Sales Support
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various sales projects, initiatives, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are achieved within specified timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in the company’s ERP system.
- Generate regular sales reports, metrics, and analysis to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Support the sales team in maintaining customer records, contact lists, and sales databases.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a project coordinator, sales coordinator, or in a similar role, preferably within a sales or business operations environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
- Proficient in using project management tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with custom fields, lobbies, quick and crystal reports, events, and other IFS functionalities.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to escalate more significant issues.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
