Created in July 2021 as a result of combination of Kuecker Logistics Group, PULSE Integration and QC Software by private equity firm Ares Management, Kuecker Pulse Integration (KPI) is a systems integrator that seeks out leading technologies within the areas of material handling equipment and information systems and combines
them with proven design and operational strategies to help improve our customers’ operations. Our talented group of industry experts combine the powers of scalable material handling systems, innovative software and custom automation engineering for complete, unique solutions that help companies, across a broad spectrum of industry segments, become leaders in their industries. We are equipment agnostic, and our solutions incorporate leading technologies such as mobile robots, automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), automated guided vehicles (AGV), goods-to-person technology, sortation, and conveyor. KPI currently has approximately 200 FTEs and $150m revenue with growth expected to double in size (at a minimum) through organic and acquisitive activities.
A Project Coordinator is responsible for handling an array of internal and external customer support responsibilities. Some of these tasks include interacting with customers over the phone, via email and via Team’s meetings. Throughout all of these interactions Project Coordinators must maintain a high level of professionalism and present the organization in the best light possible.
- Provides Regional Sales and McKesson sales support for processing customer orders, creating PO’s to vendors, invoicing customers, and overall project coordination.
- Project manages small customer projects to include ordering materials, issuing PO’s, coordinating project schedules, and providing daily updates to customers on progress.
- Creates PO’s, Change Orders, Spare Parts Quotes, etc. in support of Project Managers and Sales.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with sales, customers, and vendors and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree/Bachelor’s degree in a business related field will get deference)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
