Providence is calling a Project Coordinator who will:
+ Be responsible for project support across the Real Estate and Construction division
+ Be responsible for providing project and administrative coordination to leaders within Real Estate and Construction to meet key initiatives and milestones
+ Work independently and serve as a contributing team member
+ Require cross functional and regional coordination and support as defined by manager and departmental needs
+ Manage competing priorities with minimal direction
_Please note the following important details regarding this position:_
+ This role is a hybrid position, working a combination of in office / work from home weekly
+ The weekly hybrid work schedule will be defined by manager and departmental needs
+ This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below:
+ Oregon: Portland
+ Work Week: Monday - Friday
+ Work Shift: Day
Required qualifications for this position include:
+ 5+ Years of experience in a program or project support role
+ 3+ Years of experience in an administrative support role
+ Required upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management - OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
