Responsibilities
" Develop and deliver training programs and materials for internal staff and external stakeholders.
" Create and maintain communication materials, including presentations, reports, and newsletters.
" Provide user support for reports, applications, and tools, managing incoming issues and inquiries.
" Assess and prioritize user issues based on urgency, effectively managing complex user situations.
" Collaborate with different teams to ensure consistent and effective communication strategies.
" Assist in project coordination and execution, providing support in various tasks as needed.
" Proactively identify and solve communication-related issues and challenges as they arise.
" Maintain accurate records and documentation of training activities, communication initiatives, and user support interactions.
" 50% of the candidate's time will still be supporting user questions on reports and applications. Same communication skills, problem-solving skills, etc... apply (more heavily written communication)
Qualifications:
" Bachelor's degree in a related field.
" Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills.6000 people connected.
" Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
" Proactive and quick learner, with the ability to adapt to new tasks and situations.
" Prior experience in delivering training or public speaking.
