Overview:

• This position will provide project coordination for the East onboarding department with current acquisitions and future strategic acquisitions. This position will directly support onboarding for Perryville and Southeast - 400 to 500 providers. 
• This individual will work independently under the guidance of the Director while working in a matrix environment and supporting leaders within the Ministry team as well as working closely with members of operations, physicians, APPs, etc.  
• Additional responsibilities will include the following:
• Direct support to the East ambulatory and hospital-based provider teams.
• IDN requests to onboard East Providers.
• Application submission requests and provider support.
• Global notifications supporting the onboarding notification.
• Direct coordination with MSO, C&DC, legal, Managed Care/PHO, Provider Contract Administration, etc. in support of provider onboarding.
• Direct onboarding management of East strategic initiative acquisitions.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Two years' experience in project coordination or in an administrative role managing schedules, projects, and work deliverables.
