- RFI's.
- Change Orders,
- Invoicing
- Basic Accounting Skills
- Proficient computer skills.
- Microsoft Office products and Bluebeam.
- Able to multitask
- Strong positive team player and very organized.
Responsibilities:
Assist Project Manager/s with Filing, Coordination, Scheduling, Pricing, Archiving, Estimating, Phase Coding, Schedule of Values, Billings, Turnover Meetings, Invoicing, Budgeting & Cost Monitoring.
