About the Job
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support Project Management in all aspects of project administration including meeting arrangements, progress tracking, and documentation.
- Complete all the steps for creating job files and processing subcontracts
- Complete data entry into software programs (Proprietary subcontractor tracking software, Procore & Company Logs.
- Create plan lists, distribute plans to project team, and post plans & specifications to Procore
- Be able to comprehend meeting notes, plan change notifications, RFI's, and Submittals
- Be able to process and review RFI's and Submittals and understand the relationship with each trade
- Read and comprehend plans, specs, and soils reports
- Create change order templates from Subcontract Detail for the Project Manager
- Assist the project management team with monthly Owner Billings and Lien Releases
- Be supportive and responsive to superintendents and project management team needs
- Create reimbursable invoices & follow up on accounts receivable
- Develop and process a Notice of Completion
- Train and mentor Project Administrators, and mentor project engineers.
