Project Coordinator
Duration: 6 months
Sunnyvale, GA - Hybrid (mostly onsite)

Essential Duties:
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Project Managers to ensure project timelines are accurate and realistic
• Provide support to ensure projects have required documents in order to mobilize projects
• Monitor and report Project Status reports and ensure corrective actions are displayed
• Coordinate and schedule design reviews, phase gates, checklists, etc.
• Assist Project Manager in tracking Project Blueprint/ Build/ Test activities by assisting in update/ sync of Project Box, Smartsheet, Jira, etc artifacts
• Assist Project/ Portfolio Managers in scheduling meetings and provide meeting minutes, meeting recording and follow up with action items with cross-functional groups
• Assist Project Manager in coordinating the updates to Weekly Status/ Metrics reports
• Coordinate and track status of Project documents working along with Project Manager, Business Analysts, Business PM and Validation lead through Project Lifecycle
• Create pivot tables and reports from various sources (Anaplan, Jira, Tableau, Smartsheet, etc)
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of directly related to Project Management experience
• Exceptional verbal and written skills
• Exemplary skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PPT)
• Proactive problem solver and can-do attitude
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize workload with competing priorities
• Passion to learn new tools and project management processes
• Proficiency in Smartsheet is a plus
