About the Job
Scope of the Role
- Support project managers with all financial transactions related to Projects, including order booking, revenue recognition, invoicing, and issuing purchase orders (POs) to third-party vendors.
- Assist with administration and coordination of correct and required information between Systems Deployment PMs and all TUC/TEL departments responsible for engineering, ordering/delivery, manufacturing projects implementation, projects invoicing and payment, and projects close.
- For projects where no separate PM is assigned, coordinate service delivery and equipment delivery with the distributor, dealer or end customer.
- Maintain accurate support contract records in services databases and disseminate this information to the Service / Logistics Coordinator for RMA facilitation.
- Support the Regional Controller with financial reporting, analysis and audits as it pertains to Projects and Support Contracts.
- Assist with the analysis of any financial impact due to project scheduling, orders and agreements.
- Provide assistance on multiple projects and processes to ensure contractor and customer obligations are met.
- Inform of any potential for problems and provide recommendations in coordination with the PM and Regional Controller.
- Assist in developing processes to ensure timely delivery of accurate PM information required by TUC/TEL departments and timely procurement of complete information from TUC/TEL departments required by PMs and generation and upkeep of all necessitated daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Proactive communication with PMs and Systems Deployment personnel to ensure timely resolution of all issues.
- Assist PMs in timely execution of financial aspects of projects.
- Maintain and file all project deliverables supporting the invoicing to customers.
- Assist in administration of third party services, equipment, materials and Subcontractor Agreement administration in compliance with TUC Systems Deployment requirements.
- Assist with technical Support Agreement administration including scope definition, quotes, and support agreement negotiations with end-users as well as management and administration of the invoicing and administration of existing support agreements.
- Assist with coordination of Service Contract renewals and annual equipment true-ups with the distributors, dealers and end-customers.
- Assist with ensuring all deliverables within service contracts have been met.

Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or other area combined with relevant years experience in general management, contracts administration, project management and ISO.
