What you’ll do:
- Support sales initiatives, installation deadlines, and all other supporting tasks
- Coordinate and schedule Solar, Generator, and the Install/Remodel Departments installation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines
- Collaborate with project managers and technicians to allocate resources effectively and optimize project workflows
- Process all necessary permitting needs for the Generator, Service and Install & Remodel departments, to include gas metering upgrade submittals
- Document and address any project deviations, issues, or changes, and communicate them to relevant stakeholders/clients
- Assisting in keeping the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer and technician satisfaction, loyalty and retention
- Capacity to identify issues, analyze situations, and develop solutions
What you’ll bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience within a sales, installation, or service coordinator & dispatching role
- Experience in mechanical contracting preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (Service Titan preferred), MS Office, email, and online platforms (Generac - PowerPlay and more)
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license
