Description of Role
SRI Telecom is seeking a project cost administrator who will collaborate closely with directors and project teams to provide comprehensive financial and accounting support across all projects. Oversee and manage the tracking and reconciliation of key project elements, including timesheets, invoicing, and related financial activities.

Salary
This position pays $65,000 - $72,000 Salary depending on experience.
Tasks
- Provide administrative support to field technicians, project managers, and directors from job creation to completion.
- Manage customer purchase orders, set up jobs, track progress, invoice, and close out projects.
- Maintain project budgets, update projections with change orders, and ensure accurate time tracking and payroll submissions.
- Approve timesheets, track labor, per diem, and expenses, and reconcile customer purchase orders with internal job records.
- Enter, track, and reconcile purchase orders, change orders, and travel expenses; invoice accordingly.
- Participate in status meetings, manage accounts receivable, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Create, close, and log jobs in the accounting system; organize and upload documentation.
- Identify and address billing issues, ensuring timely submission of invoices per contract terms.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, and strong communication skills to support the team.
Skills & Responsibilities
- 5+ years related experience in project administration, customer support and administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong proficiency in Excel.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, detailed-oriented and organized.
- Ability to supervise the project administrative team.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism, well developed interpersonal skills in oral and written communication (both in person and via phone and other media) for the use of information exchange.
- Experience with Trimble Viewpoint Spectrum construction software would be a plus.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 am- 5 pm
