Pay: $45-55/hr
Overview:

A Cost Engineering Analyst is responsible for analyzing project costs and providing insights to help project managers and stakeholders make informed decisions. Responsibilities may include:

• Analyzing cost data to develop project budgets and estimates.
• Monitoring project costs and identifying areas of cost overruns or savings.
• Conducting cost-benefit analysis to evaluate project alternatives.
• Developing cost forecasting models to predict future project costs.
• Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Providing recommendations to optimize project costs and improve cost efficiency.
• Preparing and presenting cost reports and analysis to management and stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with cost control procedures and policies.
• Assisting with the development of cost control processes and tools.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in cost engineering.

Must Haves

• 3-5 years Experience as Project Cost analysts.
• Experience working on construction projects 
• Needs to have experience handling financial data with focus on analysis and ability to communicate results / analysis.
