WPH is currently seeking a Project Cost Control Specialist to assist with the development of our growing organization.
Position Summary
The Project Cost Control Specialist is responsible for managing and monitoring project costs to ensure that budgets are adhered to, and financial performance is optimized. This role requires strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities Include the Following:
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, or Construction Management strongly preferred.
- 4+ years practical experience.
- Proficient with MS Office suite; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Experience presenting to leadership.

- May be exposed to chemicals necessary to perform required tasks. Any hazardous chemicals the employee may be exposed to are listed in the hospital’s SDS (Safety Data Sheet) data base and may be accessed through the hospital’s Intranet site (Employee Tools/SDS Access). A copy of the SDS data base can also be found at the hospital switchboard, saved on a disc.
- Required to be physically at construction site on a regular basis.
- Must have high stress tolerance.
- Must be able to tolerate loud noises.
