BLH currently seeks a Project Director with experience managing large-scale, multifaceted Federal contracts. We are looking for someone to work in our Rockville, MD, headquarters office. This position reports to the Chief Growth Officer.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise a large contract staff responsible for task delivery and implementation.
- Manage overall contract day-to-day operations, including planning, budgeting, staffing, training, implementation, evaluation, and reporting.
- Manage budgets to reduce risks and cost overruns ensuring accurate and responsible fiscal management and reporting.
- Support, as needed, business development activities, including proposal writing and research.
Required Qualifications, Knowledge, and Special Skills
- Master's Degree, PMP desired
- 5-7 years of relevant experience as a Federal contract project director/ program manager overseeing complex budgets, human, and other administrative resources'
- Supervisory experience managing multiple staff on a single contract.
- Outstanding communications, presentation, and relationship building skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
