Job Title: Project Engineer

Department: Engineering

Position Overview: The Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing all projects, methods, production, building and equipment maintenance, and product quality. The Project Engineer is required to have vast industry knowledge of the screw machine industry including methods and special processes. The Project Engineer is expected to understand the needs of our customers.

Essential Job Functions:

• Oversight of Methods
• Managing strategic projects
• Managing new product launches
• General oversight of all engineering and manufacturing operations
• Oversight of product quality
• Oversight of facility and equipment maintenance

Requirements and Qualifications

• Vast experience of the Screw Machine industry
• Vast experience with our customers and knowledge of what is important to them.
• Vast experience in screw machine product quality
• Ability to manage people
• Ability to initiate new ideas to meet the needs of the customers
• Ability to manage complex projects
