Job Title: Project Engineer – Commercial Construction

Location: Miami, FL

Salary: $85K - $115K, depending on experience

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer with an engineering or architectural background and 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in both ground-up construction and renovation projects.

Project Engineer Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement and manage all project documentation, including shop drives and submittals.
• Actively participate in Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and maintain a thorough understanding of all project aspects.
• Collaborate closely with the existing Project Engineer and Project Managers to ensure project success.
• Work on a variety of projects, including luxury airport facilities, high-end medical offices, and exclusive interior buildouts.
• Maintain a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the construction process.
