Job Description
One of our top clients is seeking a seasoned Project Engineer to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all technical aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Resolve technical challenges and implement solutions.
- Prepare project reports and documentation.
- Contribute to the development of project estimates and proposals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5-8 years of construction project engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Autodesk BIM 360).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
