Job Description

One of our top clients is seeking a seasoned Project Engineer to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all technical aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Resolve technical challenges and implement solutions.
• Prepare project reports and documentation.
• Contribute to the development of project estimates and proposals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5-8 years of construction project engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Autodesk BIM 360).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
