Project Engineer - Hawaii Public Housing Authority

We are hiring a Project Engineer to join our team! This is a Non-Civil Service (Exempt Administrative) position within the HPHA’s Construction Management Branch. The Project Engineer will manage major capital improvement projects for Federal and State Public Housing developments statewide.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning, design, and execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in project management, preferably in construction.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of public housing regulations.
