Project Engineer - Land Development and Infrastructure Design - Relevante

Salary: $ 110,000.00

We have partnered with an engineering design and consulting firm in the Cornelius, NC area to provide them with a Project Engineer Land Development & Infrastructure Design. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Project Engineer Land Development & Infrastructure Design:

#1. Must have tech stack (Civil 3D (emphasis on knowing corridors, grading objects, storm sewers), ICPR, SedCAD, Hydraflow Hydrographs, Hydraflow Storm Sewers, HydroCAD, and WaterCAD.

#2. Must have PE or ability to obtain the license.

#3. Must have at least 5yrs of Engineering design and PM experience.

#4. No more than 4 jobs in the last 10yrs.

Requirements of the Project Engineer Land Development & Infrastructure Design:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Over 5 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management.
• PE Licensure is preferred, whether currently held, in the process of being obtained, or with the ability to gain licensure in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
• Strong proficiency in design software, particularly Civil 3D (with expertise in corridors, grading objects, storm sewers), as well as ICPR, SedCAD, Hydraflow Hydrographs, Hydraflow Storm Sewers, HydroCAD, and WaterCAD.
• Must have a strong passion for ongoing learning, professional development, and thriving in a dynamic, team-oriented design environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and local review agencies.
• The candidate must pass a drug screening, background check, and meet the company's driving record standards.

Other Key Requirements:

• 100% in-office role.
• No sponsorship or Visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
