Keller is looking for a Project Engineer based out of both our Houston and New Orleans locations. Working on Jobsites throughout Houston and New Orleans and occasionally within other Central states, hotel accommodations and per diem will be provided as needed

Additional Information
Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law

Keller is looking for a Project Engineer based out of both our Houston and New Orleans locations. Working on Jobsites throughout Houston and New Orleans and occasionally within other Central states, hotel accommodations and per diem will be provided as needed
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Your duties will vary between the office and field atmosphere:
- Perform field Quality Control/Assurance (material testing, load testing, layout, plan/spec requirements, etc.) on variety of projects.
- Track project performance through performance indicators.
- Take-off and estimate projects during bidding process.
- Collaborate with Project Manager, Superintendent, Field Crews, Design Engineers
- Attend client meetings with Project Manager
- Develop proficiency in AutoCad, Microsoft Excel in addition to in-house software
- Attend professional organization meetings (preferred)
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Communication and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated attitude with willingness to learn
- Ability to meet fast paced and changing schedules and deadlines
