Project Engineer - BKF Engineers

We're seeking a Project Engineer for our Pleasanton office!

We are seeking an ambitious Project Engineer with a background in land development, civil engineering. In this role, you will have the opportunity to behands-on with all project phases, ranging from small residential developments to large commercial undertakings. This is an exciting opportunity to address real-world challenges while collaborating with a team of talented engineers and project managers. Key responsibilities Include:

• Designing site development projects, including grading and drainage plans
• Developing utility systems for water and sewer
• Preparing comprehensive reports and master planning studies
• Creating detailed specifications and cost estimates
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, city, and county standards
• Conducting conceptual studies and preparing associated reports
• Preparing specifications, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in site development, design, and production of residential commercial subdivisions, utility systems, and roadways
• B.S in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET Accredited Curriculum or equivalent required
• Professional Engineering license in the State of California is preferred
• AutoCAD and Civil 3D mastery required

Benefits

• Typical base salary range for this position is $98,500.00 - $122,500.00 annualized depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location. This is an hourly position paid biweekly.
