Are you a seasoned Project Manager within the Waste & Wastewater construction industry with a passion for excellence and a knack for leadership? You will be playing a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex industrial, civil, water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
Responsibilities:
As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for:
2. Ensuring all construction projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
3. Developing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans.
4. Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
5. Utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
6. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors.
7. Ensuring adherence to legal regulations, building and safety codes, and other compliance standards.
8. Conducting on-site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
9. Addressing and resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process.
10. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
1. 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience managing large-scale industrial, civil, water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
3. In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
4. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
5. Strong knowledge of construction details and building codes.
6. Excellent knowledge of construction project management software.
7. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
8. Superior communication and negotiation skills.
9. A proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
10. A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
