Project Executive - Construction - Base Salary to 200k/year - White Plains, NY

• Our client is a construction management and GC firm, specializing in both the redevelopment of existing properties and new property construction. Projects include high-rise residential and commercial buildings, retail storefronts, and major public works projects throughout the Tri-State area.
• They are currently seeking a Project Executive to join their growing team. The Project Executive will oversee public works projects, expanding into civil works projects, ensuring successful completion on time and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee construction projects from inception to completion
• Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
• Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution
• Manage project schedules using tools like Primavera
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient project delivery
• Implement construction best practices and quality standards
• Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and construction teams

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Project Management experience in the public works sector (K-12 preferred)
• Proficiency in construction management software including Civil 3D, Primavera, Procore
• Ability to travel as needed to project site(s)

Compensation:

• Base salary to 200k/year
