The company: A U.S.-based private equity firm focused on financing the development and operation of renewable energy and zero-emissions reliability assets in underserved markets. Their mission is to accelerate the global renewable energy transition. 


Location:

1. Remote in New York, NY 
2. Remote in Houston, TX

Reports to:  Co-founder and Chief Investment Officer
Qualifications:

• Experience starting their career as an Analyst out of a top tier Investment Banking program
• Must have strong project finance expertise
• Leveraged finance experience needed. Must have debt modeling experience
• Real estate modeling experience is valuable to understand how to model the tax attributes
• Will look at people with experience running government financing processes for new market tax credits; or tax credit experience in general.
