Job description
- Looking for a ITSM Consultant, Service Now or Remedy or Heat, with Lead/project Management exp. and SharePoint.
- 50%: Using ITIL service management framework, assist the TSU (training service unit) in establishing an application help desk and support team. This process will include selection of ticketing tool, defining work flows and resolution processes and building out reports and metrics for KPIs
- 30%: Develop and maintain a SOP process including use of SharePoint or similar application to maintain and manage standard operations process documentation. Define gap in current system SOPs and missing SOPS for new MRM system; use this exercise to develop evergreen process for audit and development of SOPs by TSU staff.
- 15%: PM project manager for the redesign and updating of BUC websites to reflect MRM consortium process and other changes identified by MDOL BUC senior leadership.
- 5%: This position may be asked to manage the contracting process with selected vendors.
