Internship Overview
Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Project Management Team! The Project Management Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities.
Internship Projects and Responsibilities
- Project Coordination
- Assist with preparations, support launch plans, and coordinate ongoing project activities.
- Product Management Project Support
- Assist and shadow with Product Development projects.
- Assist with meeting agendas, minutes, WBS updates.
- Project Management tools creation/updates
- Participate in various process improvement activities related to standardization of Project Management related tools in Smartsheet and other platforms.
- Marketing/Quality/Supply Chain Project Support
- Assist and shadow projects lead by various departments.
- Assist with meeting agendas, minutes, project timeline/status updates.
- Assist with project reporting
- Follow-up on actions for projects related to milestones. Ensuring reports are populated appropriately for routine meetings. Reviewing and making updates to reports to improve visibility & efficiencies.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship experience in relevant function
- Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Junior level
- Strong writing and organizational skills, attention to detail, yet ability to see the big picture
- Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
