Project Managers provide end-to-end project management throughout the lifecycle of assigned project by directing the efforts of a cross-functional and/or technical project team to deliver a completed product and/or service solution. Has full accountability for managing extremely large low complexity to high complexity projects within programs which may span multiple functions. Accountable for developing and maintaining the overall project plan and developing relevant project artifacts to communicate overall schedule, costs, risks, and resource utilization.
Responsibilities include:
- Project’s alignment within a greater project portfolio and when necessary partners across other projects to manage risks, resources, etc.
- Manages scope, schedule, budget, and resources by developing strong relationships with business partners and technical teams
- Supports annual and strategic planning with business alignment leaders
- Ensures corporate alignment of project scope, objectives, and critical success factors
- Works with internal business clients and business analyst to identify critical business processes impacted by the project and ensures the project manages to the success of those processes
- Supports business in requirements definition, test planning and execution, training planning and execution.
- Partners with Data Integration, Applications, DBA and Architecture teams for system infrastructure, design, integrations, and testing
- Partners with ’s business teams to confirm deployment readiness and deployment support
Quality Management:
- Leads the discussion and development of test planning that ensures compatibility across technology platforms
- Aligns test systems and resources to achieve the quality and schedule requirements
Change Management & Training:
- Supports project organizational change management of policies and procedures: Assessment of risk and change management
Cost Management:
- Directly manages project budgets
- Knowledge of IS Capital and Expense budgeting and spend processes
Risk Management:
- Assesses projects for possible risks / jeopardies, and opportunities
- Works with IS and business management to understand project priorities and directs work accordingly
Schedule Management:
- Provides daily management of the project schedule: reporting schedule, risks, issues, and constraints
- Ensures project milestones are integrated with overall delivery schedule
Procurement & Vendor Management:
- Strong vendor management experience soliciting and partnering with external vendors on solutions and methodologies
- Managing RFP Development/Vendor selection project activities

Required Experience:
General Qualifications Include:
- BS / BA Degree is Required;
- Minimum 5-7 years recent Project Management experience required in an enterprise level organization
- PMI PMP or other PM Certifications
- Strong knowledge of SDLC processes and procedures
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal relations skills
- Strong project management tool kit with experience in various Methodologies; Waterfall, Agile, RIP, Iterative
- Experienced at managing complex and multiple concurrent projects
- Expert MS Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint
