Job Description:
- Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of multiple projects on time and within scope
- Manage deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project
- Create document libraries to support / drive reporting for senior management
- Communicate and Coordinate with internal teams in support of team VP
- Work directly with internal clients to ensure deliverables across all projects
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and highlight overlap or conflicts
- Perform a variety of tasks in support of team VP
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Skills required:
- Extensive project management experience with the ability to manage complex initiatives that require outside the box thinking
- Excels in SharePoint, including but not limited to Site creation capabilities, use of content management tools and ability to build/manage large document "libraries”
- Excellent in MS Office 365 applications and integration options
- Strong time management skills
- Sourcing experience / Contract negotiation skills a plus but not a requirement, Technology Sourcing experience
- Ability to engage and interact with functional leads
- Ability to capture and analyze data to help make decisions
