Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland
DoD Security Clearance: SECRET
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a related scientific or technical discipline.
PMP certification or DAWIA Level II or III Certification in Program Management
Four (4) additional years of direct relevant technical experience or relevant military service may be substituted for education
Desired Technical Capabilities: The Project Manager manages contractor personnel assigned to specific project functional task areas to ensure that all personnel are performing appropriately. Reviews program CDRL documents for consistency of schedules, compliance, and financial document requirements; coordinates with affected subordinate PMs on contractor personnel; participates in IPT's on behalf of contractor; evaluates and balances anticipated budget expectations; and works closely with COR on program issues; provides support in preparing briefing packages for presentation to high level leadership as required. Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review tasks plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program tasks, schedules and costs. The Project Manager shall manage performance, cost, and schedule of all Integrated Product Support deliverables to include PPL, EDFP, IETM, TSP, IMI, IK TB, and MAC.
Work Related Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of progressive experience in management and supervision of substantive US Army Material Fielding and Integrated Product Support.
