We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial aspects of affordable housing projects from conception to completion. You will be in charge of managing project budgets, overseeing new builds, and handling RFPs.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the financial aspects of affordable housing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
2. Develop and manage project budgets, providing regular financial updates to stakeholders.
3. Lead the RFP process, including the preparation, evaluation, and negotiation of contracts.
4. Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure the successful delivery of new build projects.
5. Work closely with HUD and other relevant agencies to ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
6. Utilize your knowledge of LIHTC to maximize funding opportunities and ensure the financial viability of projects.
7. Provide financial analysis and reporting on project performance, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, contractors, and community partners.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or relevant certification (CPA, CFA, etc.) is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role managing new construction projects.
3. Proven experience managing project budgets and overseeing new builds.
4. Extensive knowledge of affordable housing, low-income housing, HUD, and LIHTC.
5. Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
6. Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.
7. Ability to lead the RFP process, including the preparation, evaluation, and negotiation of contracts.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
9. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
10. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical business practices.
