This role is pivotal in managing high-impact partner relationships, driving joint business initiatives, and serving as an industry thought leader to scale the business effectively through innovative solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align product and program enhancements with partner feedback, ultimately driving incremental revenue.

Job Summary:

This role is pivotal in managing high-impact partner relationships, driving joint business initiatives, and serving as an industry thought leader to scale the business effectively through innovative solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align product and program enhancements with partner feedback, ultimately driving incremental revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen and expand relationships with a portfolio of agency partners to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute joint business planning, tracking partner progress towards mutual goals.
- Negotiate terms and conditions at the agency holding company level, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Lead agency education initiatives, acting as a trusted thought leader and ambassador to the agency community.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to inform product roadmap and program enhancements based on partner feedback.
- Proven experience in relationship management and business development.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and influence senior decision-makers.
- Strong strategic planning and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience with and relationships within the big 6 agency holding companies (e.g., Publicis, IGP, WPP, Dentsu, Havas, OMG).
- In-depth understanding of the agency landscape and a successful track record in managing business relationships.
