Summary:
The Senior Project Manager is a key leadership position responsible for the overall planning,
execution, and successful completion of Building Solutions’ projects. This role involves
managing project teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships to ensure projects are
delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource
allocation.
Oversee all phases of project execution, from pre-construction to closeout.
Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure coordinated efforts.
Monitor project progress against plans and take corrective action as needed.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and tracking.
Review and approve invoices, change orders, and payment applications.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors and vendors.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and engineers.
Communicate project progress and address concerns promptly.
Ensure client satisfaction with the final project delivery.
Quality Control and Safety:
Enforce adherence to quality standards and building codes.
Implement and maintain a safe working environment for all project personnel.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and mentor project team members.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
Delegate tasks effectively and hold team members accountable.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess project risks.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor and report on risk status.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and complete project records.
Business Development:
Participate in business development activities, including client presentations and proposal
preparation.
Identify and pursue new project opportunities.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management.
Demonstrated success in leading complex projects.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
Valid drivers license
OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred)

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 Annual
