• Assist PM with maintaining project documents and to ensure that accurate information is distributed throughout an organization, on time, to the people who need it. In the construction industry, document controllers work with technical documents like blueprints and reports
• Input Change order for PM
• Take meeting notes 
• Help with Project schedule 
• Keep track of Progress on Project
• Enter daily Logs for field crews
• Submittal tracking
• Assist with Purchasing needs and get quotes for change orders
• Keep project drawings up to date in Bluebeam
• Work with onsite safety manager to help with documents
