Project Manager - Embakire

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in Agile methodologies, specifically as a Scrum Master, to oversee a large-scale software and hardware integration project.&

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding agile teams as part of a larger Agile Release Train (ART) to deliver customer value using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).&

This role requires fostering team dynamics, removing obstacles, ensuring agile processes are followed, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate agile team(s) and coordinate as part of an Agile Release Train (ART) for successful project delivery.

Educate teams on Scrum or Kanban practices and ensure adherence to agile processes.

Remove impediments and create an environment that promotes high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and improvement.

Collaborate with Agile Scrum Masters and support personnel to meet Program Increment (PI) Planning commitments.

Facilitate team communication, identify and address impediments, and drive mitigation plans.

Lead discussions, issue triaging, and process improvement efforts to enhance team effectiveness.

Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure task completion.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role leading technical teams.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent agile project management certification (e.g., PMI-ACP).

Proficiency with agile project management tools such as Jira, VersionOne, Rally, or IBM RTC.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.

Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, diverse environment across systems and groups.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with large software systems, including hardware integration and testing.

Background in working with multi-disciplinary technical development teams.

Familiarity with SAFe as an agile development methodology.

Experience with test automation, test-driven development, continuous integration, and deployment for quality assurance.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.

Certifications:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or similar agile project management certification (PMI-ACP) required.
