- Proven experience 9+ years as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master, managing Agile projects from initiation to closure.
- Industry certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar credentials preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in software development, IT infrastructure, or technology products is a plus.
- Proficiency in tools such as Draw.io, Visio, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Jira, Confluence, and graphic design software.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in software documentation, IT infrastructure, or technology products is preferred.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
Experienced Required:
- Dedicated Agile Project Manager who excels in managing projects using Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or a hybrid approach.
- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Agile principles, and hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence, Draw.io, Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Agile projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and track project progress using tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues, and manage dependencies within and across projects.
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct post-project reviews and retrospectives to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Create visually appealing diagrams, flowcharts, and infographics using tools like Draw.io, Visio, and graphic design software.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and product managers to gather technical information and ensure accuracy of content.
- Optimize content for clarity, accuracy to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Review and update existing technical documentation to reflect product updates and enhancements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and create documentation including creating architecture pictures, DevOps & Application concepts, API documentation and release notes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and understand technical concepts.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all documentation.
