We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Project Manager (Broadcast) with a strong background in broadcast studio environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, including planning, executing, and closing projects within the broadcasting industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring the progress of the project. You will also be expected to work closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. This project will require the person to work onsite 5 days / week in our mid-town Manhattan location.

Responsibilities
The base range for this contract position is $60 - $70/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Create detailed work plans, determine necessary resources, define project scope in collaboration with senior management and external partners, and develop a schedule that effectively allocates resources to activities.
- Contract qualified consultants/vendors, establish clear task ownership, ensure team members have needed tools, and provide timely feedback.
- Execute the project according to the plan, track progress, review tasks to ensure deadlines are met, and make necessary adjustments for successful completion.
- Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders on the project progress.
- Regularly review the quality of work completed with the project team to ensure it meets project standards and ensure that punch lists and turnovers are completed to stakeholder satisfaction.
- Monitor the progress of all assigned projects, ensure the safety plan is in place prior to starting work, and conduct audits of inventory in all IDF rooms within the project scope.
- Monitor budget flow projections, report actual budget and variance to senior management regularly, and ensure all financial records for the project are up to date.
- Plan and execute physical moves and refresh efforts, decommission end-of-life infrastructure, migrate network core services and production engineering services, and remove technical cabling from hallway ceilings.
- At least 7 years of project management/maintenance planning experience with a general contractor or project management firm, and 5 years of operations management/team leadership experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and contractors at once, including Tenant Improvement, Ground up, and Technology projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on site at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays with short notice, and experience working with data center migrations is preferred.
- Proficiency in local/regional codes and ordinances, reading/interpreting construction documents and contracts, and Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project, SmartSheets, and ServiceNow.
- Project Management certification is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
