Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of ordering and managing door installations, from measurement to final delivery. You will work closely with both our on-site field team and our in-office staff to ensure that every detail is accounted for and that customer satisfaction is achieved. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a knack for project management and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measurement Oversight:

  • Coordinate with the field technician responsible for measuring doors on-site.
  • Ensure that all necessary measurements are accurately recorded and uploaded into the system.
  • Review and verify that each door's measurements are correctly coded and documented in the system.

• Order Management:

  • Place orders with the door manufacturer.
  • Monitor the order process, from initial submission to manufacturer confirmation.
  • Compare manufacturer confirmation forms against original orders and ensure any discrepancies are resolved.
  • Perform detective work to ensure that all aspects of each order are correct and match the customer’s requirements.

• Customer Relations:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team, manufacturers, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage customer service inquiries related to project status, delivery timelines, and order details.

• Bookkeeping (Optional):

  • While not required, bookkeeping skills would be an asset to assist with financial tracking and project budgeting.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex data entry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with logistics and manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Basic bookkeeping skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
