About the Role:
As our Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of planning, organizing, and executing projects that help protect and secure our clients' businesses. Working closely with diverse teams-like our Project, Quoting, Inventory, and Technical Teams-you'll play a central role in ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for clients, keeping them updated and addressing their needs.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, task lists, and timelines that keep everyone on track.
- Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and work closely with stakeholders to find solutions.
- Assist in managing and dispatching work orders, ensuring everything is in place for our technicians and contractors.
- Support senior management with regular updates, reports, and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or project management (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of project coordination experience, especially in security, technology, or construction.
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
