Buckingham is seeking a renovation-experienced leader, who employs stellar communication practices and builds trusting relationships across all company functions. As a leader within the capital projects and renovations operations, the Project Manager is results-oriented and solution-focused, holds a high degree of accountability and ownership, is organized and customer-centric. The Project Manager acts quickly and can oversee various projects throughout our rising property management portfolio.

Qualified candidates must have the ability to visit Buckingham’s property management portfolio, with occasional overtime and overnight travel required.

As Project Manager, your primary focus is to plan, buy out and manage multiple CapEx or renovation projects from start to finish. The Project Manager is responsible and accountable for the overall success, timeliness and safety of each project, with a focus on preconstruction, scheduling, material and trade construction cost management. A strong candidate is one that promotes quality control and creates a positive experience for key stakeholders.
